The first time I ever shot music officially was back in 2008 on Jun 25th (DataRock and Ladytron at Terminal 5, NYC). My second attempt at music photography was over a month later at the Virgin Mobile Festival in Baltimore on August 9th.  Big scale change for me, and a lot of running and sweating. 🙂

Back then I used two Sony a700 bodies and a gaggle of Minolta and Sony lenses. Boy did I have a lot to learn.  My post-processing was pretty much crop/sharpen only.  I even watermarked the pictures, thinking at the time it was a good idea.

3 years have gone by so very quickly, and maybe I’ve improved a bit since then.
